The yellows and oranges in this pendant reminded me of the old Japanese paintings on hand scrolls - like the works by Kanō Sanraku (see Old Plum in images!)
Citrine, orange Spinel and orange kyanite set in .925 sterling silver, with an 18" belcher chain.
NOTE: This unfortunately came back from the assay office with a scratch on one of the orange kyanite gemstones. It will not affect the structural integrity of the pendant, but I have reduced the price to reflect this
